      None - it’s too toxic.

      Cons

      Just stay away honestly not worth the damage your mental health goes through. They bully you and look down on you. CEO is always shouting and bullying people. Management has their tail tucked between their legs and nod their head to all the nonsense he says. No formal HR, no structure and no professionalism.

      Pros

      You will gain work experience and learn how not to treat people. They will hire pretty much anyone because no one stays.

      Cons

      CEO expects everyone to work like the income he receives. The pay is a joke. The upper management is greedy and highly toxic. I don’t recommend anyone work here who have morals, ethics, or any regard for people. It’s all about taking advantage of others. They believe they are in line with top performing law firms, they are a joke. You will routinely be screamed at and belittled.
