      Compared to MNCs that can be skeptical, Ackcio is a young company that is open to new ideas and experiment with new ways of working. Open and transparent culture with great support teams.

      Cons

      Not your typical 9-5 working day. Although Ackcio is a young startup, the pace is fast. Be willing to go the extra mile to help out.

      Experienced senior engineers who are always willing to help. Positive work environment The team at Ackcio is very international and this allowed me work with people from different cultures and backgrounds I love the foosball culture at Ackcio

      1. SME, so it is easier to look for those people that you need. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. If you're looking to hone your skills from MNC, here is a good place.

      Cons

      1. Hybrid work is defined by your job title, not work completion or projects. 2. No transparent communication from the top to the bottom. 3. Be prepared for loads of ad-hoc work regardless of your skills.
