Pros

I believe in the product.

Cons

Achiga almost has it right but is held back by their lack of planning, sticking to deadlines, and no transparency. There is more truth in the negative reviews than the positive ones. I approve of the CEO but the President is who you need to be aware of. All employees are a number. He doesn’t care who does the job, only how much it costs. He has dated opinions from what worked 10 years ago and sticks to what is safe. I have seen incredibly talented people come and go because they were held back from being able to innovate and grow within their industry. Achiga’s moral is constantly hanging by a thread and the negative gossip is high within these walls. Everyone likes to work together but no one believes in the dictated direction. There is anger and trust that needs to be addressed but no one will talk because nothing changes and they don't want to be a target.

Pros

the people you work with are amazing and you make good friendships and life long ones. its good for people who are entry level in their careers just starting out you have some movement when youre young, energetic, motivated and dont know any better. sure you get some free food here and there but for the price of the melancholy work environment is jst not worth it.

Cons

the pay is very low in terms of industry standard and the people are not motivated to do more just enough to get by. the weekly monday all hands meetings are just stupid and pathetic trying to keep people happy saying the same things. no one cares! they think by having them itll make the company better. please. the technology used is dated and you dont get to work on anything new or innovative or get to improve things. there has been and always will be high turnover. any good management that was there has left. you rush everything and do things improperly and get rewarded for doing crappy work. there is no culture...
