      Good pay, very accepting and exclusive staff. Definitely strive for excellence and hold employees to a high standard. Room for growth and leadership roles.

      Cons

      Long hours, must answer phone until 8pm each night. Administration is tough. Not a lot of room for individuality. Short summers.
