      -Very good work environment -Projects from good multinational companies -Opportunity to work on the enterprise applications from scratch with high standards -Good opportunities to learn different technologies -Frequent onsite opportunities ( >50% of the team traveled so far) -Management is very receptive to ideas & initiatives -Yearly appraisals based on the performance (average of >30%) -Right place to start the career for freshers
