Pros
You may get client site opportunities as it's a services based company, where the quality of work would be excellent and you may get to work into current technology. You may get good visibility to your work. There would be appreciations and recognition to your work provided you show commitment to stay longer in the concern. There would be frequent 1-1 meetings with the management to sort out any issues related to work. And there would be good technical support from senior members of the team.
Cons
If you get caught up in the bench or in-house stuff, not so great environment to work. You would be asked to sign up work agreements/bonds for 2 years or so. Around 6 months before completion of that agreement, you would be asked to sign up one for another two years or so, if not your appraisal won't be good. This is the retention strategy of the company.
