      Pros

      The pay with overtime is good.

      Cons

      Everything else. Management is a joke. Good luck if you get a job here. Mark my words you’ll be leaving ASAP. Don’t know why I was there for 2 years. I don’t have enough space to type anything wrong. Just know you will learn the job better then the bosses in like 3 months and they will resent you for it.

      Driver will be used not utilized

      Cons

      Driver is expected to be available 24/7 without any compensation or consideration Driver will be ordered to perform illegal duties breaking State and Federal DOT and TSA regulations Driver is an Independent Contractor so company will not compensate for any expenses (gas, commercial insurance, maintenance, etc...) Driver must use own vehicle Commission only (paid mileage one way on what company says is the distance not necessarily what the real distance is which is usually less than reality) Company will keep any over-sized load compensation paid by UPS-SCS
