Pros
The people I work with are great and the work environment is pretty laid-back. You get overtime on Sundays, and they usually give full-time employees something extra for being the store of the month. I recently was given a $50 visa card for Christmas.
Cons
No regular guaranteed pay increases. You kind of have to bug the owners and people in charge about raises and they can be extremely cheap. The store can be very slow and as a cashier it can be very boring, making the time go by really slow.
