A special mention to my Team Lead, Anand Padhiyar — he is extremely supportive, approachable, and always willing to guide and mentor. He gives clear direction, trusts the team, and encourages continuous improvement without micromanagement. The leadership is another strong point. Birud Vora, CEO, is very grounded, transparent, and genuinely cares about both the company and its people. Even in a remote setup, communication from leadership felt open and inclusive. Remote work flexibility, trust-based management, and exposure to meaningful projects make Ace Analytics a great place to grow professionally.
