Pros
I can't really think about a good thing of working in this company.
Cons
- No communication between teams (explicitly forbidden). - You can get yelled at even if you do a good job just because your leader doesn't have technical knowledge or any good manners whatsoever. - You will be treated as the worst employee ever even if you are the best one, so NO motivation to do your job well (there's no point since you won't be rewarded and be treated as you do nothing at all). - No flexibility (Leaders don't believe in working by objectives, they only see if you get to the office at 9 AM and leave at 6 PM) - You will ALWAYS feel like you have eyes behind you, watching your every moves. - You will ALWAYS have to justify what you have been doing (everyday), even if you are someone who delivers on time and form EVERYTIME, they just doesn't care about that. - Leaders always are looking who to blame about not getting on time the activities, instead of looking together a solution. - The common thought is that an unconfortable and stressed employee will work better. - Payment is way below average in market. - No training at all whe you're new, old documentation and the worst KT from analysts and leaders. but in the end will be YOUR fault if you take longer than expected to finish an activity that you had to test "based on logic" with bearly no support from other teams that didn't get you the correct information they were supossed to give you. - In order to get a salary rise, you will ALWAYS have to fight for it, if you don't you will get nothing or just a minimun that is WAY BELOW average in market.
