      Pros

      Teams are very committed and rigorous in engineering practices. Work was very fulfilling as it benefits the fight against cancer. Pay was pretty good, and bonus's were scaled toward personal performance for individual contributors (at least in some respects).

      Cons

      Often too many projects were taken on, and teams could be spread pretty thin.

      Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

      Used to be an amazing place to work when sales leadership knew the business If the territory had opportunities, there was decent money to be made

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke from the CEO to the GM Constant revolving door of leadership leads to nothing moving forward Dominated by Varian with no chance of catching up
