Pros
Its easy work but thats all
Cons
Everything. Ive never worked at a place that has such terrible managment. Randy is the main owner and he's a decent guy-nothing bad to say about him. His wife, Lori, on the other hand is manipulative and down-right awful to her employees. She is rude to them, talks about them behind their backs to the other employees, and is completely unreasonable. She will belittle you and act like you are beneath her and like you are incompetent. It was the worst experience ive had at a job, and thats with the work being easy. Lori claims herself to be religious but acts far from it! She judges each employee and will act incredibly fake, she will pretend to like you until you give her the slightest incovenience, then your work-life is turned into a living hell. Also, shortly before i left there, she started several new-completely unfair-rules, one of which stated that if it is short staffed because it gets busier than expected or because someone calls in, etc, and if she calls you to come in and you are unable to make it, even if you were not already scheduled, you can be fired on the spot! If you try to get in contact with her after no longer working for her, she WILL dodge your calls and not get in contact with her even if it is to do with legal matters, such as a W2. She did this to several past employees while i worked here and was very blunt that that's what she was trying to do. On top of that you will work full shifts sometimes overnight, and sometimes 8 to 12+ hours with only ONE 20 minute break no matter how long you work. Keeps it incredible cold, refuses to let you change the temp or bring in small blankets. There is no common courtest or respect from Lori, and I am so grateful to be away from this job.
