Working for Accumatch has been the best experience of my career. I love the professional but "not too corporate" environment that I get to be part of everyday. Our senior leadership team is full of bright individuals who genuinely care about the well-being of each employee. They exhibit this attitude not only by the way everyone is treated on a personal level, but by all the fun activities that are planned for us. Every day is a new adventure here, and we work hard to help our clients manage their risk in an accurate and timely manner. It's a pleasure to be part of such a talented group full of dedicated individuals. This team has a wealth of experience in our industry and I learn so much from them every day. The sense of comradery is strong. We look out for each other and treat each other with kind professionalism. And our business is expanding. It's such an exciting time to be at Accumatch as we continue to up our game to become the standard in property tax intelligence. My boss is the best. His coaching and calm intellect keep me working in the hardest and happiest manner that I can. He gives me projects and lets me go about troubleshooting issues and tending to business with a long leash, pulling me in when there is opportunity for training and education. There is no standing over me or dissecting my every move. His fun management style and brilliant mind remind me how fortunate I am to be under his wing. The direction we are going as a company is clear, and I always know where I stand within this organization.

Our business is growing extremely rapidly, so often I don't get to take time to obtain the training I'd like to in order to up my game professionally. There is a very high level of industry knowledge here and I tend to feel a little left behind at times. This can occur when one works in an administrative rather than an operational role. It's difficult to slow down to gain the education I'd like to about the industry so that I can be even more effective in my position.
