Open, energetic atmosphere and team environment, everyone working toward a common goal with minimal politics. They really believe in a work/life balance and that family comes first.

Small company, so not many opportunities for advancement or promotions if you are looking for that.

Fun(ish) people to work with, loved the remote environment, and taught me a lot about what I'd tolerate in the corporate world.

Where do I begin... - You have to juggle multiple hats.. with no extra compensation for it. - An always-changing team. Then, when those team members leave/are laid off, AQ doesn't replace them, so you're stuck picking up the pieces. - Very disorganized - People are very "fake." They act like they care for you, but.. they don't. - Not a great place for growth because you're paid pennies for juggling so much. - Never felt appreciated here.
