Pros
Flexible, everyone is nice, work is easy, and is ideal for someone who is retired or who likes having an inconsistent schedule.
Cons
They make it seem like you'll be working all the time but I was barely scheduled. They said they needed someone right away since they were desperate but I was only scheduled maybe once a week. It's more of a substitute teacher like job where you are on call and you don't know what your schedule is going to look like for the week, which can work for someone who doesn't need stable income necessarily but definitely not forme. It was also made to seem I'd be working in a library atmosphere and gaining experience but that's definitely an overexaggeration, since about 99% of the work I did was just updating the loose-leaf publications.
