This is a great company! They are very friendly, and truly care about their employees. They are also very big on continuous improvement, and love to hear new ideas and suggestions to make things more efficient and better. They have a good benefits package, and offer a 401K and an HSA. It's a very nice, clean facility, and everyone is very respectful of one another. They prefer to promote from within, and do regular performance reviews. They are only getting busier and are constantly working to bring on new clients and new business.

There is no remote work.

Good people and overall enjoyable work space. Relatively easy work. Good progression and chance to move up in company.

Bad management/leadership. Bad communication across departments. Underdeveloped process and procedures. Heavy work load in some area, not enough work in others.
