At the time of my employment, the staff were amazing, always there for each other, supportive. The best team I've ever worked with.
Cons
Being told this was a job that would kick start my IT career. When in reality it was doing a soft audit for overseas customers. Being told to kill my self on a daily basis by 'customers' and management not being able to offer any sort of assistance to help or a way to deal with those situations. They have lost their Microsoft contract since I was there. But the whole time it never felt like we were actually doing anything beneficial. There was nothing at this job that I learned that I couldn't at any other job. Never felt like the upper management actually cared about their staff and never did any sort of checks on what their staff were doing. I knew one staff member who was there a few years and never actually did any work, he just ticked it all off as if he did. Yet I would complete 80% of my ridiculous work load and be punished for it.
