Pros

Big company, good work space, good company benefits. Great place to learn technicality of the job. Nice offices in a great location.

Cons

Managers will not hesitate to throw you under the bus to protect themselves. There is no team spirit. Managers do not defend their team members. No gratitude towards hard working people. Many years working for this company and I left because of harassment. Nothing in writing so I could not bring it to court. But it almost cost me my sanity. The way Managers can talk in front of you amd back stabb you or their team to be sure to get the position they want is very common in this company. I would not recommend anyone to work for the head office of Accorhotels UK and Ireland
