Poor leadership. And as you may think this is Cons it’s Pros as you don’t have to worry about having high standards- they simply don’t care

Cons

Fairmont Riyadh has poor culture if not culture at all. People without any experience get hired at the high level position, those that management likes gets promoted even if they don’t deserve it . If you are professional and with experience will work like a slave without any appreciation.
