      Flexible Schedule for working mothers

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. Owner is verbally abusive to employees, condescending and brings personal family problems to the office. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Constant gossip and simply unprofessional work environment.

      Pros

      I have always been treated very well and appreciate that they support and advocate for interpreters. Always pay on time! Always correct payroll!

      Cons

      Pay rate is a little shy of other agencies. The above pros* mean a lot to me.

      Pros

      If uncertified, there is a lot of work. There are email blasts every hour for work all over Southern California.

      Cons

      Low pay- doesn't pay ER rates for last minute assignments, if the job has been in their que. Does not clarify locations or addresses, unless asked, prior to accepting a job. Pays 6 weeks later
