Leadership does genuinely care about the employees. The will listen. The comp plan is stellar. The technology is even better. The buyers recoup investment quickly and truly love the tech. The patients love it even more. Company is still in early years and has an amazing opportunity to truly be the most impactful piece of technology in the space.. frankly, ever.

Growing pains at times. However, they end up doing the right thing every step of the way. Measure twice and cut once mindset can sometimes slow processes, but necessary.

The technology. It’s the only good thing going here.

CEO and the other leaders gossip about all employees and creates a hostile work environment. They are fake and no one knows the most recent leader got a job here. Owners need to step down and let real CEO’s run the company. Recruiters can’t get any talent to come here because of the amount of turn over and lack of training and transparency. The directors are toxic people and talk horrible behind their team's backs. Leadership promises you things and then takes them away. Never believe anything they tell you. Manage by fear mongering. Marketing- toxic. Service- toxic. Leadership-toxic. If I could leave one star, I would. Run, don’t walk from here. You will be miserable. Everyone is looking for a different place to work. Top talent already left. No inventory, Service issues are at an all time high with incompetent leadership holding down the fort.
