Pros

The ability to work from home and have equipment provided.

Cons

Micromanaged by those who have no knowledge of your role. No 401K matching. No bonuses. No opportunities for growth. Unevenly distributed workload. Employees are not valued and treated like numbers. Unethical practices on the operations side. Work was being outsourced to third-parties oversees without clinicians’ knowledge.

Strong culture, company growing, focus on clinical quality

Cons

Company is mostly remote so that must be a fit for what you are seeking

Fully remote so can technically work from anywhere, like the patient acuity

Cons

Stagnant pay, benefit erosion, too many weekends and holidays and swing shifts required
