I understand that being terminated from a job you said this week you loved at a company you wanted to work for is very frustrating. It is disappointing that you again take your emotions to a public forum. I will dispute your heading, honesty is the best policy, as integrity is our number one core value. You have a voice at Access, over your tenure we have listened to your ideas and concerns – acting as needed. Unfortunately, if you disagreed with the answer or felt you were "right," you were not receptive and walked away – numerous times when the other person was mid-sentence. I experienced that personally many times.
For clarity for others reading your review, I would also like to share that your manager regularly communicated with you via weekly meetings. He kept you in the loop about the department's vision, transitions, and expectations. These weekly meetings also allowed you to express your feedback and concerns. After discovering the oversight on your delayed annual review, we completed it very timely, taking accountability for the delay and apologizing, which you then stated was not an issue. What was an issue were the statements you made that led to your termination, which you acknowledged in writing this week, yet you attempt to deflect, defame, and take no accountability for in a public forum such as this.
This is another indicator that Access was not the right fit for you; it isn't for everyone. We wish you success in your future endeavors and career.
