Fast-paced environment that allows you to try many different things, take on responsibility, and learn new skills. The staff are some of the funnest and welcoming people I've ever met. We are always stressed but we are a family!
Cons
Political pressures, state politics, government bureaucracy. No merit-based recognition or pay increases, this has angered a lot of staff recently because we were promised increases for the last year.
