- There is a noticeable disconnect between the head office and centre management. They often remain secluded in their offices, rarely engaging with staff and students. Obtaining a response from my 'bosses' based in the Manchester head office is nearly impossible. I've received no performance feedback since I started. This lack of communication and disconnection felt among both staff and students will ultimately lead to the company's demise. - The staff at my centre are undervalued and underpaid. Most employees you speak to are miserable, leading to a high turnover rate and constant discussions about leaving. - The company feels out of touch with the creative industries, which can mislead potential new students and staff. The head office seems disinterested in nurturing creativity or improving the career prospects of students and staff. It's evident that the company prioritizes profit over everything else. They seem oblivious to the fact that people can see through their attempt to capitalize on Ed Sheeran's brief attendance 20 years ago.
