It's work... Coworkers that have been there a while are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons
Management heavy, no communication and time theft. If the company can rape free work from you they will. They refuse to pay the workers a living wage. If you have medical conditions they do not care. They ask you to do unsafe work, and also will fire you for a "safety infraction" even when is not one. Incredibly high standards, with no time to execute the work. Blame always being thrown at technicians, even by the call center... That cause 80 percent of issues in the field. They promise things that we do not do, and outright lie to customers. This company will drain your life force and throw you to the curb. They always threaten to fire you and management refuses to bring problems up higher than them to get them resolved. It's very old way thinking, telling you to shut up and take it. Would NOT recommend working here unless you really don't give a hoot about customers, work ethic and sanity.
