Pros
I have worked at Access 2 Interpreters for over 8 years and I enjoy working with everyone here. It is almost like an extended family. Access has grown so much over the last 8 years because Yana is hands on with every aspect of her company. You have a choice of what shift would work best for you. Yana also is very flexible when you need to take time off for family needs of Dr appointments. I never knew there were so many different languages around the world before starting at access. It is a very fast paced business and the day goes pretty fast. As with any employer if you give respect and you do your job you will be respected. You also get free parking, and with most employers downtown you have to pay, so that is a big bonus.
Cons
As with any call center job it can get a little stressful at times, but when it calms down you take a breather and start over, it all works itself out. For the longest time we never had any benefits, but now Yana is working diligently to try to get that for her employees, it can be very hard for small businesses, and very expensive.
