      If you're willing to put some work in and stay focused with your collection calls and follow-ups, you will be fine.

      Cons

      It's a numbers game, and you have to be mindful of good business. It will feel like a lot of pressure in the beginning, but good habits make it easier.

      Good pay and semi annual raises 2 days off with full time work (sales manager=48-52 hours weekly) Teaches you so many skills that you can carry to other jobs (marketing, collections, lease agreements, sales, financing, typing skills, customer service, organization through files and paperwork) Full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, STD/LTD

      Work weekends and all holidays They removed monthly bonuses from pay Company moved to a model of work using technology and laid off all store employees They removed the sales incentive/top performers incentive for yearly trip for sales manangers
