      1 - Very good work culture 2 - Flexible 3 - Good Learning opportunities

      Cons

      1 - The Managers play favouritism despite equal or greater efforts. 2 - In my case, there is an acting lead for our team, the management only listens to his feedback, we are just robots for them. Hell lot of politics.
