      In the beginning, there was a lot of comeraderie, people felt that even though it was a small company, the management had the employees best interests at heart

      Cons

      The company was sold, there was a lot of internal politicsm and a new management group cam in that basically ruined the business.

      Pros

      Great overtime opportunities during the busy season. Good base pay. Most co-workers are friendly and make the daily grind worth it.

      Cons

      More training would be good for new employees. This may have changed since I was last working here.

      Pros

      There is a good work/home balance for most of the year and the employees are very enjoyable to work with. Fair compensation for the job.

      Cons

      Their busy season is during the Christmas rush. Moderate turnover in the last year due to upper management taking the company in a different direction.
