Thanks for your review. We’re sorry that you you’ve had a negative experience at Accelo. We're grateful for any feedback that may help us improve the experience for others who are still in the Accelo team.
In response to some of your reflections, we do work hard to create and sustain a positive culture as we believe that is so important to our teams engagement here at Accelo; if our culture feels forced we hope it’s simply because we’re trying hard, not because there isn’t heart and meaning behind it.
We’ve also been carefully and strategically building a solid Leadership team over the past 12 months who are largely responsible for significant decision making, but collaboration and alignment are important to us, so we're always open to hearing from team members and listening to feedback.
As we grow, having the right people in the right seats is very important to our success. We will continue to approach all changes and decisions impacting team members with deep consideration.
We are striving to build the best product we can. With enormous capacity and regular improvements and updates, we believe ‘Accelo’ is highly competitive in the marketplace.
