Pros
- Majority of employees are friendly & kind. - Clients are nice (as long as you're not assigned to an account with an abusive & inappropriate client contact.)
Cons
- The (lack of) pay doesn't justified the job responsibilities & high expectations of the role. Many employees are burnt out. - Leadership is reactive & operates in fear of the private equity firm. - Leadership strongly values the client's contact ($$) over the health & wellness of the employees. - Leadership will do whatever it takes to maintain the client's happiness to ensure they continue paying their contract. Leadership is highly motivated due to their potential personal earnings in the sell of the company. - Inexperienced employees are being promoted to fill senior level positions. - Unlimited PTO is nice with the exception that you will be drowning when you return.
