Pros
A traditional holding company controlling various businesses.
Cons
Individual businesses are all struggling and losing money—it's like they're playing financial limbo: how low can you go? The group is not paying its vendors or some employees, probably hoping they'll forget about the money owed or just enjoy the thrill of the chase. The board has made multiple questionable decisions, leading to the exit of key talents, who likely thought, "I'm outta here before this gets any crazier." The holding company is devoid of true leadership, and they seem to be flying by the seat of their pants—literally, if they had any pants. Sadly, there's no culture or collaboration—unless you count the hilarious irony of a 'Head of Collaboration' whose usefulness is about the same as slamming your finger in the car door. Now that's a teamwork fail with a punchline!
