Pros

The one and only pro - remote working

Cons

Bad management. CEO looks down on staff. Fully remote seems nice on the outer, but you're expected to OT every single day even on weekends.

Pros

- Company overall have team members who are all growth-mindset. Where I constantly discover how I can level up and to grow in all areas even outside of work. (they stress a lot on a personal health level, where the management sends supplements, herbal teas and etc. to us) - I was given opportunities to attempt different roles in different departments to find where I am suited best. It really gave me a wide scope of understanding the different departments from events & operations to marketing and to sales. Giving me a big-picture on how everything connects together for a company to run. - Team members are a joy to work with, the value of supporting each other is strong. When i'm at my crunch period, team members would step up to offer support. - Even though I was in an operations role, I got exposed to learning about sales too. Which is a great skill to understand as it applies to many areas of life - Had the opportunity to fly abroad to execute different events across the year. - Fully remote working! :)

Cons

- Due to remote working, sometimes it's a little hard to bond with the team as we only see each other online daily. - Steep learning curve. However, once you understand how it works, the campaigns/projects works in cycles. So its like a rinse and repeat. - Company have standard of work to be delivered, which can feel intense if you're not used to fast-paced or high-performance environments. However it also pushes you to grow fast.

Pros

Remote work is offered — but don’t be fooled. You’ll leave with sharper instincts for spotting red flags next time.

Cons

This company is all smoke and mirrors. What’s promised in interviews — growth, support, rewards — never materializes. Performance reviews are just a formality to justify withholding promotions or raises. Commission payouts are delayed for months, and when they finally come, they’re mysteriously reduced. You’ll be left chasing what you're owed. The so-called “remote flexibility” is a lie. You’re expected to be stuck to your laptop or desktop every second of the workday. Reply late — even by minutes — and you’ll get questioned about your whereabouts. Yet when you reply after hours or on weekends (out of fear), they’ll blame you for not having boundaries. It’s pure manipulation and gaslighting. Leadership thrives on gossip and fear. There’s an obvious inner circle — and if you’re not in it, you’re excluded, talked about, and made to feel expendable. Confidential feedback is shared freely behind the scenes. There’s no safety, no trust, no respect. Work-life balance is non-existent. Weekend work, late-night messages, sudden deadlines — it’s all treated as normal. People burn out fast. Those who stay are either in the inner circle, or stuck in silence. Turnover is constant. Every month, someone’s leaving — and for good reason. No one’s learning from it. No one’s fixing anything. They just replace and repeat.
