      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to work with some really talented people. Everybody is friendly and one of the best work environment I have been in. Very flexible and generous w/ time off, sick days and working from home if kids are sick. Very fair pay and generous w bonuses at end of year. Wont micro-manage and allows each employee to own their job tasks.

      Cons

      Work is not easy, and could be demanding especially when they are busy w/ a lot of new projects. Not a lot of downtime during the day. Owner makes employees jump through hoops for customers even though what they ask for is unrealistic.

      Pros

      Employees are treated like adults. Very little micromanagement. Financially rewarded for hard work. Clients receive outstanding customer service. Culture of "Under Promising and Over Delivering". Casual attire accepted when not visiting with clients.

      Cons

      Owner expects a great deal from his employees.
