      Extremely flexible with your schedule. Employees and managers are laid back. They don't work you like a hog like other agencies.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. Pay is low. Training is non-existent.

      They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

      Cons

      No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
