Pros
Once you are regularized, you are paid even if there's no bookings or class.
Cons
The platform they use for teaching is always down. Everyday it is a struggle to log in to their portal. Teaching performance rate is highly affected when their system is down. They wont penalized you or deduct your salary but student complaints will not be waived (late clock in because the system is down, losses connection)
