The pay is good and the hours are flexible as long as you know your schedule for the next 2 weeks in advance
Cons
Teacher assistance is slow. Website is also slow and you will have a lot of trouble putting in class reports and can be penalized for it.. They also lock out your schedule which does not allow students to book your class. If your team manager forgets to remove the locks you miss out on your bonus on top of the fact that you don't get paid for the proper hours.. Enrollment bonuses were at $5 but the management lowered them to $2 without prior notice. They also changed their point system without prior notice making it more difficult to advance in levels (salary) again without warning teachers and ignoring the promises made to their current teachers. Customer service is lazy so expect to get help during a class halfway through the class or after it has ended.
