Pros

Location in Redfern is central with the local client base. Huge brand new showroom to work out of and large displays that aren’t like others. Work environment is supportive and room for growth.

Cons

No major concerns. CRM system took a bit of getting the hang of but a comprehensive system to use.

Pros

Academy Tiles has truly market-leading products, which makes the work engaging and gives us a strong reputation. The showroom is always busy and appointment-only, keeping the days focused. When we’re not visiting clients, we work in a small, supportive team where everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed. Compensation is strong, with generous commissions, and management encourages open communication and new ideas as the company continues to grow across NSW and Victoria.

Cons

The pace can be fast due to high appointment volume, but it’s part of what makes the role dynamic.

Pros

Incredibly beautiful workplace with kind, generous and fair minded owners and mangement. It is a family owned and run business and you can feel that in the best possible way. The clientele are a dream and most days are a lot of fun. What more could you ask for?

Cons

No cons, the database systems can be a little slow in operation but I believe these are soon to be updated.
