Pros
President of the company is great and willing to listen to your input. You get a parking space that's only 1 block walk. Opportunity to make extra on After hours once they trust you.
Cons
High School mentality. Many uneducated upper management that are only in their roles due to length of time there. You must have thick skin 24/7 or they will attack you. You are always having to verify your work (no trust). TOO MUCH DRAMA. If you are not a "favorite" they will find ways to get you fired. IE give you too much work so you fail, teach you wrong so you purposely mess up, push you to your limit mentally and sit back waiting for you to snap. I've never seen a company with such a high turnover. I've seen many people hire and fired within the first month of being there. You will be under paid and the benefits are not worth it (too expensive with no perks)
