-Great opportunity to work with a highly intelligent, motivated, hard-working team -There are ample opportunities to learn, collaborate, and really become good at your craft if you put in the effort -Leadership clearly cares about the employees
Cons
Since it's a small company, some times employees have to jump in and help out in activities that are not necessarily directly relevant/applicable to the role - you have to be flexible.
