I've been with Abt as an agent for over 5 years. As one of the companies original full time agents, I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and this organization. She has created a platform where you truly can grow your business and succeed. As a whole, Abt understands how complex Medicare can be and through our specific training and methods, we are able to be an ongoing resource for those looking for guidance. One of the most satisfying elements of this sales role is the constant feedback I get from clients after I've signed them up for a plan and how relieved and satisfied they are with their coverage. It's a great feeling to know that you've not only educated someone about Medicare, but provided them with the best possible coverage based on their needs. Abt is a place where performance is valued over numbers. As someone who's been in a sales/marketing role prior to this for over 10+ years, I feel incredibly supported by management and the rest of the staff. Flexible hours, good pay and remote capability. The sky's the limit with this company!
