Pros
It is a family run company so you get the feeling that you are part of a family. The managers know very well the market so they always advise and support the employees and provide solutions in difficult situations. There are different positions so you can ask to work in different departments (projects and quotes). There is a bonus scheme after the first 1-2 years based on performance that can be very profitable. I personally learnt a lot during my approximately 3 years there and I think it was a great experience in a very welcoming environment.
Cons
When I was working there, the company was smaller (only 12 people) and you had the impression that there was no opportunity for professional growth after some time. However, I learnt from previous colleagues that the company has now exceeded 25 employees, therefore, there are more departments, therefore, opportunities for professional development.
