Managers are good but they cannot do much about anything. Other than that didn't find any pros as such.
Cons
Well I can write down a whole book when it comes to the cons. To start with: The company is based out of Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune. This company is not established in US as they say on their website and below are the two websites of the company. researchnreports(dot)com absolutemarketsinsights(dot)com 1) Worst management and they don't care about their employees at all. You can notice that once you start reading their HR policies. You won't find a single point in their HR policy that benefits their employees. 2) Salary will never be on time. It will be delayed by 10 or 15 days after the completion of the month. So if you're expecting your salary for the month of June, it will be given to you in the month of July between 10th to 15th. 3) They will give you a good hike if you're holding prior experience but be sure that you won't be an employee, you'll be a slave who should sit, eat, work exactly the way they want or else there will be a fine to everything. If you want to risk your career.... go with a 20-30% hike on your current salary and within next 2 months you’ll regret about your decision and start looking for a new job. I can assure you that!!! 4) HR will give you false promise at the time of interview that they have Saturday and Sunday fixed off, however soon you’ll come around with the fact that you’ll have to struggle for Saturday week off. It will depend upon the fact that whether or not you are achieving your given targets. And one more thing, targets would be weekly based and you’ll have to achieve 100% of your weekly target to get that week off for Saturday. I mean who the hell keeps a weekly target. 5) There is a fine to everything in this company. If you come late, they will deduct your 3 days salary. If you’re going against some policy there will be a fine. If you exceed your break time there will be a fine. If you’re not wearing your ID card there will be a fine. Not following the dress code – FINE. You cannot talk to cross domain people or with employees from other department or else you’ll receive a warning letter and there will be a fine as well. There are many more but I cannot state each and every point. You cannot carry your mobile phones with you. They have to be kept in a locker with the HR department. 6) If you are looking for a stable job, dude you are in the wrong place, KEEP HUNTING. This company would not think about giving you a middle finger if you are off the target even for a month. They won’t hesitate to give a warning letter or put you in PIP (performance improvement program) even if you’re a fresher and you’re still in your learning mode. 7) There is no proper leave policy. Even if it’s a govt. holiday or a holiday mentioned in their annual calendar, the management will cancel it at the very last moment depending on how good you’re achieving your targets or if it comes in between a long weekend. 8) You guys must have heard about the Sandwich leave policy. As per my knowledge, sandwich policy is something that if you take a leave on Friday and Monday then your Saturday and Sunday would be considered as sandwich. But they have a whole new idea and perspective for this policy. If you take a leave on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be sandwich no matter if you’re coming on Monday. Similarly if you take a leave on Monday then too Saturday & Sunday will be considered Sandwich even if you attended office on Friday. 9) All the upper management sucks big time. The CEO/Director will micro-manage everything. He really has no idea how to handle a company or his employees…..the only thing he knows is how to screw them. He thinks, he’s giving you salary so he owns you and you’re his slave. The worst part is their Senior HR is not even qualified to be an HR as they won’t follow the rules and regulations of their own company. There are many more which you can discover by joining this organization. If you’re an experienced candidate I would strongly recommend you to keep looking for a better opportunity rather than joining this organization and regretting after couple of months.
