1. Chaotic process (if there is any) infact, the first thing you would notice is about the complete lack of process
2. Horrible infrastructure.
3. Slavic managers. The managers behave like bosses when delaing with you but when it comes to dealing with clients, they are too obsequeous. Clients are treated by the managers with a hint of fear and it it often discouraged to talk to client on an equal footing. At the interviews, where the managers take the SE/SSEs to the client facilities, managers behave more like pimps less like professionals.
4. Senior management lacks credibility.
5. Uneven interview process. While the majority of the empoyees aree technically good, we have a bunch of an incompetent people who just brag about their legacies but are scared of writing a single like of code (or healping the developers in the hour of need).
