Mistakes are harped on as a distraction from the real issues that lie within the company. Overall advice, not a great culture has evolved over the years, and if you value a modern and caring organization, look elsewhere in tech. Better company vision and values can be found elsewhere. People are replaceable anywhere, especially here.
