Great collaborative, positive culture. Leadership really tries to listen and support workers and teams. Been a positive experience, but my role is not part of direct service staff. Lots of learning and growth opportunities.

Managers/executives make policies and procedure changes for which folks who handle the dirty work get blamed for.
Higher management style is to hyper-fixate on a specific team/person who's maybe out of line and comb through every microscopic detail of their work with comb and poke them until they're not "out of line"..
