NEVER WORK WITH THEM!!! - Senior Leasing Manager Abode Property Employee Review

Abode Property was my first company as a realtor in Dubai and it was one of the best experience of my life to work with this prestigious company , It was just a hard core sales , This company taught me the basic ethics of real estate, My first month in real estate i managed to close 9 deals with Abode which was a huge achievement but it was only possible with the support of Mr Mark Tolland who calls himself a Real Estate Agent not an owner . If i am a successful agent at the moment the root started with Abode Property ,Mark taught me how to handle different type of situations , When ever he was in a client meeting he used to nail it , He has immense knowledge of real estate,which he always shared with the team , we used to enjoy the team outings very frequently , Ambience in the office was great because its unique location,I personally would like to thank Mr Mark Tolland for guiding me and teaching me how to be a successful realtor, its because of the knowledge he gave i can only say that i am the successful owner of a real estate company now .

Mark was always focused and in the meetings he used to guide and train us , sometimes it was hectic but later on you understand the value of those meetings, They were always helpful,

Worked at Abode Property, it feels more like being part of a tight-knit team where people actually know each other and trust each other. You get independence here, as long as you're reliable and do what you're supposed to do, your results get rewarded. I liked the fact that the work I did there really mattered, which was motivating and self-empowering. Theres room to grow, learn new things and own what you're doing!

You need to be proactive, because theres so much independence if you are one to not be naturally self-motivated or comfortable seeking answers on your own.
