- Incredible thrash because leadership has no vision or idea how to successfully accomplish goals. Desperately trying to make things now that was asked for years ago because they pursued bad bets which is delaying IPO. Always a desperate, sprint vibe instead of gradually building to a vision.
- "Leaders" are yes-men or they are cut.
- Managers are mostly empire builders. Provide literally nothing and farm the credit from their productive workers. They do not build real teams or people. Magically only get promoted or get good reviews.
- Extremely toxic culture. You are just a code-monkey, nothing else. Come here if you just want to turn off brain and code whatever they tell you. That's all you have to do. Doesn't matter if you have to redo or things will break in a year. Just code and be quiet.
