Pros

- Loved by customers. They literally help us build the product. Never seen such close collaboration with customers who give insightful feedback and are ready for any alpha feature. - Technology driven. The team is full of smart and experienced engineers and management takes a technology first approach to solving problems. Combination makes it an amazing engineering culture. - Hard problems and a noble mission. Love the adversarial nature of cyber security. You can literally see impact of your changes saving $ or more for customers from criminals A note on how great the COVID handling has been: The company has embraced a completely remote culture and built a thoughtful benefits package to alleviate some of the pains which comes with remote work. Super appreciated. Also, inspite of startup craziness -- balancing family stuff is easy. Many people have families with kids and everyone is super supportive + generous parental leave.

Cons

- Lots of good problems to solve. Need more people. Everyone is helping with hiring -- so should get better.

Pros

While pay IS competitive there were a few employees that were well underpaid even at the level they were at. Pro's - are that they educate you to use AI, the overall people team is great.

Cons

There was a shift in leadership last Fall and there have been cultural changes and not great ones. People are promoted without having the right experience required for the job aka senior manager roles. It seems like everyone is not happy and wants to leave. It is just a matter of time until turnover happens. There has been too many promises broken, broken leadership communication which results in a lack of trust, some managers are now micromanaging and it comes across as they fear for their jobs. They want to IPO which is great but ousting the entire GTM leadership sales team and head of people around the same time raised eyebrows.
